Starting many years ago, after he worked at Haveli restaurant, Sarkar established his fine skill, providing the real authentic 5-Star standards and Indian delicacies to the Czech Republic. Following this outstanding reputation, his supreme talent was employed at Masala and most recently at the opening of Golden Tikka.
Sarkar’s unrivalled culinary abilities have created a loyal following which is unsurpassed in Prague. It is with this local knowledge and experience that we are confident that our customers will continue to enjoy genuinely authentic Indian food.
